§ 13-62 APPLICATION; NOTICE TO ADMINISTRATOR.
   Application for permits to engage in the business of collecting, hauling and transporting garbage, refuse, rubbish and trash shall be filed with the city clerk, together with the necessary requirements as provided in this article. The city clerk shall immediately notify the city administrator for the purpose of inspection of the applicant’s equipment.
