On collection day, containers must be within five (5) feet of the alleyway or the front curb for street pickup. The containers must be accessible to the collector for pickup. Refuse receptacles shall be removed from any sidewalk, street, alley or public place in the city, by the end of the collection day, except where specifically permitted by regulations.
