No person shall possess, sell, offer for sale, bring into the city or discharge any flying lanterns or pyrotechnics, commonly known as fireworks, other than consumer fireworks, as defined by section 12-57. No person shall discharge any flying lanterns or fireworks within an area less than 100 feet from any structure used for the exhibition or sale of fireworks.
