§ 12-57 DEFINITIONS.
   (A)   For the purposes of this article, the words CONSUMER FIREWORKS shall mean only sparklers, Vesuvius fountains, spray fountains, torches, color fire cones, star and comet-type color aerial shells without explosive charge for the purpose of making noise, lady fingers not to exceed seven-eights (7/8) of an inch in length or one-eighth (1/8) inch in diameter, total pyrotechnic composition not to exceed one-half (1/2) grain in each weight, color wheels, and any other fireworks approved under the provisions of Neb. RS § 28-1241, as may be amended.
   (B)   The term FLYING LANTERNS shall mean any device that requires a flame which produces heated air trapped in a balloon-type covering allowing the device to float in the air. FLYING LANTERNS shall not include hot-air balloons used for transporting persons.
