The city clerk shall issue stickers equal to the number of machines or devices for which the occupation tax levied and imposed by the provisions of this article have been paid. Each sticker issued under the provisions of this article shall be permanently affixed to each machine or device placed in service. The sticker will be located on the face of the machine or on the top right-hand forward corner at the discretion of the machine owner. The sticker may be posted on a plaque located on a wall next to the machine.
