Any permit issued under the provisions of this article may be suspended or revoked by the police department for the violation by the permittee of any applicable provision of this Code, state law, or city ordinance, rule or regulation. Any person aggrieved by the issuance, denial or cancellation of any permit issued under the provisions of this Code may appeal therefrom to the city council.
