(A) There is hereby imposed an administrative fee for the processing and issuing of tobacco licenses pursuant to Neb. RS § 28-1421 (1943), in the amount as described in the Master Fee Schedule.
(B) The administrative fee under subsection (A) of this section shall be deposited with the city clerk at the same time as the deposit is made for the license fee, as required by Neb. RS § 28-1421 (1943).
(C) The administrative fee shall be credited to the general fund of the city.
