§ 10-30 LICENSED ELECTRICIANS EMPLOYED.
   It shall be unlawful for any electrical contractor, master electrician, or his/her firm or corporation to have any person other than a licensed electrician to install or repair electrical wiring or apparatus, in the jurisdiction of Bellevue. It shall be the duty of the chief building official to prefer charges against such violator and cause the electrical contractor or master electrician, who is bonded or listed as the license holder for the firm or corporation, to be prosecuted. Nothing in this section shall prohibit the employment of apprentices working in conjunction with and under the direct supervision of a licensed electrician.
