§ 10-29 CONTRACTING LIMITED.
   It shall be deemed unlawful:
   (A)   For any person to contract for, or accept money in return for, installing or repairing electrical wiring or apparatus in the jurisdiction of Bellevue unless they hold a valid license for electrical contracting issued by the Nebraska State Electrical Board;
   (B)   For any licensed master or electrical contractor to allow another person or company to use his/her electrical license if he or she is not partial owner of such company or in the actual employ of such person or company;
   (C)   For a licensed electrical contractor to obtain a permit for a non-licensed electrical contractor or journeyman electrician for the purpose of circumventing this section of the Bellevue Electrical Code;
   (D)   For any electrical contractor or master electrician to allow more than one company, firm, or business to use his/her license to do business except when said contractor or master electrician is at least a partial owner of both businesses or companies;
   (E)   To contract for electrical work without obtaining required permits.
