§ 10-28 LICENSING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the installation or repair of wiring, apparatus, or equipment for electrical lighting, heating, power, or other purposes in the jurisdiction of Bellevue unless such person holds a valid electrical license issued by the Nebraska State Electrical Board or the City of Bellevue. This is not intended to require small appliance repairmen to be licensed electricians.
