(A) It shall be a Class III misdemeanor to knowingly and willfully commit, order, instruct, or direct another to commit any of the following acts:
(1) To make a false statement in any request for inspection or in any other required form or statement provided by the Permits and Inspections Department;
(2) To fail to file a request for inspection when required;
(3) To interfere with or refuse entry to an inspector lawfully engaged in the performance of his/her duties; or
(4) To fail or neglect to comply with any rule or regulation of this chapter.
(B) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a separate offense for every day on which such violation shall continue.
