The proposed uses of this additional revenue derived from the imposition of the special assessment on property within the district are as follows:
(A) To fund the maintenance, repair, replacement, and reconstruction of improvements constructed by the City of Bellevue pursuant to Paving District 2-85, maintenance to include the following:
(1) Weed, fertilize, water, trim, prune, and replace, as necessary, all trees and shrubbery within the area of improvement.
(2) The weekly emptying of trash receptacles and the clearing of debris from around trees and shrubs; cleaning and clearing debris from around tree grates.
(3) Monthly sweeping of all sidewalk and brick areas between storefront and back of curbs.
(4) Cleaning, replacing and maintaining lights and lighting fixtures within the area of improvement. This does not include the overhead lightpoles maintained by Omaha Public Power District. This is the ornamental lighting only.
(5) Cleaning, refinishing, reconstruction, and/or replacement of any benches, tables, and trash receptacles in the area of improvement.
(6) Snow removal as required.
