A building contractor’s license issued to at least one executive officer or designated full time employee may be applied to a company or corporation pursuant to this division and shall authorize the company or corporation to engage in such business or occupation during the period of time that the licensee maintains his connections with the company or corporation. Such officer or designated full time employee shall be liable to service of regular process, and shall be responsible for such entity’s compliance with applicable laws
