§ 8-156 SAME—PROCEDURE OF VIOLATION NOTIFICATION.
   Except as stated in section 8-154, cases involving violations of the provisions of this article or any other law or ordinance of the City of Bellevue relating to building contractor licensing or permit requirements, the following notification procedure shall be implemented by the building official prior to actual revocation of a license.
   (A)   The first violation of this article shall cause the building official to suspend the license for a period of one month, and notify the licensee again by certified mail of the city procedures.
   (B)   The second violation of this article shall cause the building official to suspend the license for a period of three months, and notify the licensee again by certified mail of the city procedures.
   (C)   The third violation of this article shall cause the building official to revoke the license for a period of not less than six months and not to exceed one year.
   (D)   The fourth violation of this article shall cause the building official to present his case file to the city council at the next regularly scheduled meeting for permanent revocation.
