§ 8-153 REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF LICENSE.
   In addition to any other penalty imposed for a violation of this article, the building official may, at any time, revoke or suspend the license of any building contractor whom neglects to carry out the provisions of this article or refuses to be governed by such provisions in the prosecution of his work.
