§ 8-144 ONLY LICENSED BUILDING CONTRACTORS PERMITTED TO CONTRACT FOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION.
   No one but licensed building contractors shall be allowed to contract and do construction work in the city’s jurisdiction. At least one person of the firm or corporation wishing to perform construction work in the city shall be a licensed contractor.
