§ 2-67 SAME—QUESTIONS TO STAFF.
   Every councilman desiring to question the city staff shall after recognition by the presiding officer address his question to the city administrator, the city clerk or the city attorney, who shall be entitled either to answer the inquiry himself or to designate a member of his staff for that purpose.
