Whenever any insurance policy required by the provisions of this division is canceled or terminates or for any reason ceases to be in full force and effect, the general license of the house mover shall terminate unless the house mover shall forthwith furnish a new policy in compliance herewith. In such a situation, the house mover shall surrender his license and shall cease and terminate the conduct of his business until a new insurance policy is furnished as required herein.
