§ 8-84 LIABILITY INSURANCE—REQUIRED.
   Before issuing a license, the applicant shall submit proof that the applicant is covered by liability insurance in the minimum amount of $50,000.00 liability as to any one person and $100,000.00 liability as to any group of persons in each incident and in the amount of not less than $25,000.00 liability as to property damage; provided that such insurance policy shall fully protect the city and shall indemnify and save it harmless from any and all suits, judgments, exactions, executions and liabilities as to personal injuries or property damage in any way connected with or related to or growing out of the conduct of the business of the assured as a house mover. A copy of such insurance policy with all endorsements shall be filed with the city through the Permits and Inspections Department.
