§ 8-63 SAME—APPLICATION.
   Demolition permit fees for residential accessory structures not exceeding 1,200 square feet are listed in the Master Fee Schedule. Demolition permit for one- and two-family dwellings shall be determined by the total cost of the demolition contract, as calculated from table 3-A of the Uniform Administrative Code, 1997 Edition. For demolition of nonresidential structures, the permit fee shall be determined by 40 percent of the assess valuation of said structure as provided by the county assessor’s office and calculated from table 3-A of the Uniform Administrative Code, 1997 Edition.
