For the purposes of this article, the following terms, phrases, words and their derivations shall have the meaning given herein. When not inconsistent with the context, words used in the present tense include the future, words in the plural number include the singular number, and words in the singular number include the plural number. The word shall is always mandatory and not merely directory:
CITY. The City of Bellevue, Nebraska.
DEMOLITION CONTRACTOR. A person engaged in the business or offering services of demolishing buildings and structures whereby such building or structure is torn down or demolished by a wrecking ball, fire, explosion or other methods of demolition. The term DEMOLITION CONTRACTOR shall not include a person who is demolishing a residential structure or an accessory building to such residential structure or any other smaller structure.
PERSON. Any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company or organization of any kind.
