§ 8-27 SAME—CONFORMANCE PREREQUISITE TO BUILDING PERMIT OR CONNECTION TO UTILITIES.
   No building permit shall be issued nor connection be made to city water or sewer lines for any proposed dwelling or residence which does not conform to the minimum requirements of the preceding two sections.
