§ 8-25 REQUIRED LIVING AREA—DWELLINGS IN CITY WITHOUT BASEMENTS.
   All dwellings and residences that are constructed in the city and which shall be constructed without basements shall be so proportioned as to have a living area exclusive of unenclosed porches or garages of not less than 850 square feet per family.
