§ 8-24 DRIVEWAYS FOR RESIDENCES.
   No building permit shall be granted by the city for the construction of a residence therein unless an adequate driveway leading from the street to the residence is provided and constructed as a part of the building plans. A driveway shall provide a means of ingress and egress to the residence to be constructed.
