§ 7-14 PARKING.
   No person shall park a bicycle upon a roadway, sidewalk or other public way in such a position as to interfere with the safety or movement of vehicular traffic or pedestrian traffic and when parked upon a sidewalk a bicycle shall be parked within four feet of the curb.
