§ 6-121 RESTRAINT.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner of any pot-bellied pig within the city or within the two- mile extraterritorial zoning jurisdiction of the city to fail to keep his/her pot-bellied pig securely restrained by a chain or otherwise confined in or upon his/her premises in an enclosure sufficient to contain the pot-bellied pig.
