§ 6-119 SPAYING; NEUTERING.
   It shall be unlawful to own, keep or harbor a pot-bellied pig within the city limits or within the two-mile extraterritorial zoning jurisdiction of the city that is not spayed or neutered within 30 days after attaining the age of three months.
