§ 6-90 RULES GOVERNING RIDING.
   Every person riding a horse upon any of the designated public streets within the city shall obey the following rules and regulations governing the riding of horses:
   (A)   The rider shall be ten years of age or older. Children under ten may ride when accompanied by an adult on another horse.
   (B)   Horses shall be ridden on the traveled portion only of designated streets, whether paved or not, and as near the right hand side of the roadway as practicable exercising due care when passing a parked vehicle.
   (C)   Persons riding horses upon a designated roadway shall ride in single file.
   (D)   There shall be only one rider on each horse.
   (E)   No one shall ride a horse except between the hours designated as one-half hour before sunrise and one-half hour after sunset.
   (F)   Horses shall be thoroughly broken and properly restrained and ridden with due care. The riders of horses shall not unduly impede the movement of motor vehicles and except when impracticable shall yield the right-of-way to motor vehicles.
