§ 6-89 SAME—FEE; NUMBER.
   Upon payment to the city clerk of one dollar ($1.00) for each horse registered, the clerk shall issue a registration number for each horse. Whenever any registered horse is led or ridden upon any street in the city, the owner or rider shall have the registration number prominently displayed on both sides of the horse.
