§ 6-86 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this article, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:
   HORSE. All members of the equine family both male and female.
   OWNER. Any person or persons, firm, association or corporation owning, keeping or harboring a horse.
   RIDER. Any person being carried on the back of a horse.
