§ 6-60 RECLAMATION FROM ANIMAL CONTROL AUTHORITY.
   The holder of feral cat colony caretaker permit may reclaim from the animal control authority a feral cat, belonging to the colony for which the permit is issued and which has been described on the permit application, without proof of ownership. The fees specified in section 6-52 shall not be required for the return of feral cats from a registered colony.
