The city shall allow licenses for alcoholic liquors, including beer, issued for consumption on the premises, to a municipal corporation, a fine arts museum incorporated as a nonprofit corporation or religious or fraternal nonprofit corporation which has been exempted from payment of federal income taxes and does not hold a retail liquor license under this section, subject to the conditions provided in Neb. RS 1943, § 53-124.
