§ 3-57 DESTROYING LAWFUL POSTERS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to wrongfully and maliciously tear down, deface or cover up any posted advertisement or bill of any person when the same is lawfully posted and put up during the time such sign or advertisement shall be of value.
