§ 32.22 MEETINGS.
   (A)   The meetings of City Council shall be held on the second Wednesday of each month except when the meeting is rescheduled by City Council.
   (B)   The Mayor or chief executive shall preside at all meetings of the Council and decide all points of order. He shall vote only in order to break a tie. He may call special sessions of the Council by reasonable notice whenever, in his judgment, it may be necessary, and shall do so upon written request of a majority of the Council. In the call, the Mayor shall designate the purpose, time, and place of the special meeting with sufficient notice for the attendance of Councilmembers and for compliance with KRS Chapter 61. He shall perform any other duties as may be prescribed by ordinance not inconsistent with the laws relating to fourth-class cities.

   (C)   The minutes of every meeting shall be signed by the person responsible for maintaining city records as provided under § 31.36 and by the officer presiding at the meeting.
