§ 31.41 CITY ENGINEER ON CONTRACTUAL BASIS.
   Subject to the limits of any budget ordinance or regulatory ordinance enacted by the City Council, the Mayor is authorized to enter into a contract of employment with an engineering firm for engineering services to be supplied for and on behalf of the city.
