§ 154.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   “LANDFILL.” Any substantial alteration of an existing grade.
   “PERSON.” All individuals or group of individuals, corporations, partnerships, unincorporated associations, or any type of legal entity whatsoever.
