§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of the state codes adopted in § 150.01 shall be subject to the following penalties:
      (1)   Violators of the uniform State Building Code shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for each offense. (KRS 198B.990(1))
      (2)   Violators of the State Standards of Safety shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), imprisonment for not more than sixty (60) days, or both, for each offense. (KRS 227.990(1))
      (3)   Violators of the State Plumbing Code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), imprisonment for not more than ninety (90) days, or both, for each offense. (KRS 318.990).
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 150.02 or 150.06 shall be subject to the general penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation, violating the provisions of §§ 150.20 - 150.24 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction in any court of competent jurisdiction, shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) or imprisoned for not more than ninety (90) days, or both, so fined and imprisoned in the discretion of the court for each offense, and each day that the person, firm or corporation violates this chapter, or any provision thereof may be deemed a separate offense.
