§ 150.07 BUILDING PERMITS.
   (A)   Requirement. No building or other structure shall be erected, moved, added to, or structurally altered without a permit issued by the building inspector. No building permit shall be issued except in conformity with the provisions of the legally adopted editions of the Kentucky Building Code and the CABO One and Two Family Dwelling Code.

   (B)   Civil Penalty. Any organization, individual, or corporation erecting, moving, adding to, or structurally altering any building or structure without obtaining a building permit shall be subject to a civil penalty of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) and each day that the violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
