In connection with a first violation by a minor, any parent violating § 130.25, shall be treated as a first time offender. For the first parental offense a parent or guardian shall be fined $25. For each subsequent offense by a parent or guardian, the fine shall be increased by an additional $25 (e.g. $50 for the second, $75 for the third offense, and $100 for the fourth offense). For each offense subsequent to the fourth offense, the fine shall be $100 for each violation.
