It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 18 to be, or remain in or upon any public assembly, building, place, street, or highway within the city, at night as follows:
(A) Sunday through Thursday. During the hours between 11:00 p.m., prevailing time, on any Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and 6:00 a.m., prevailing time, on the following day; and
(B) Friday and Saturday. During the hours between 12:01 a.m., prevailing time and 6:00 a.m., prevailing time, on any Saturday and Sunday.
