Any person or business violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and the penalty for violation thereof shall be a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and no more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), and/or imprisonment of not more than twelve (12) months or both. Each day of any violation shall constitute a separate offense.
