§ 117.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any pawnbroker or pawnbroker’s clerk who violates any of the provisions of §§ 117.01 through 117.08 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500, and his license may be forfeited to the city. (KRS 226.990(1))

   (B)   Any person who shall be found guilty of violating any provision of §§ 117.20 through 117.29 shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor. Upon conviction, the city shall be authorized to seek forfeiture of the bond provided for in § 117.22(B) in a civil action in any court of competent jurisdiction in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
