§ 117.24 SUSPENSION; REVOCATION.
   The Police Chief shall have the authority to suspend or revoke any license issued pursuant to this subchapter for any violation of the terms of this subchapter. However, any aggrieved licensee shall, within 30 days of such action, have a right to request a hearing before City Council.
