§ 116.15 LICENSE REQUIRED; LICENSE FEE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to engage in the business of a merchant guard, merchant patrol, or detective agency, or to act as a business or industrial guard without obtaining a license.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any merchant guard, merchant patrol, or detective agency to employ any agent or employee unless the person to be employed has obtained a license.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to accept employment as an agent or employee of a merchant guard, merchant patrol, or detective agency without obtaining a license.
   (D)   Every person, firm, or corporation that engages in the business of a merchant guard, merchant police, or private detective agency, shall pay an annual license fee of $150 payable during the month of January, annually.
