§ 114.08 THREATENING LANGUAGE OR HARASSMENT PROHIBITED.

No threatening language uttered with the intent to compel the person so threatened to make a payment or donation shall be used by any collectors or supervisors. No harassment to or coercion of vehicle operators or passengers shall be permitted.
