§ 111.03 POSTING MATERIAL ON POLES OR THE LIKE PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall post, place, tack, or in any other manner attach to or place any bills, posters, cards, or any other advertisement of any kind or character upon any telephone, electric, or other utility pole, or upon any fire alarm or parking meter pole (-), or upon any vehicle.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of all peace officers of the city to see that this section is strictly enforced, to issue a citation or arrest any person found in violation hereof, and to remove from such poles or vehicles any card, bill, or other advertisement found thereon.
