§ 100.99 PENALTY.

Anyone in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and is subject to incarceration for up to ninety (90) days and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a penalty of not more than two-hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
