For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context indicates or clearly requires a different meaning.
"PARKING LOT." An area offering parking to the general public during the Riverfest Event and capable of accommodating five (5) or more vehicles.
"PUBLIC PROPERTY." Any property owned or controlled by the City of Bellevue, Campbell County or the Commonwealth of Kentucky, including but not limited to, streets, alleys, rights-of-ways, parks, parking lots or unimproved land.
"RIVERFEST EVENT." The annual fireworks display and related activities that are held each year in the Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati, Ohio are on and adjacent to the Ohio River that is traditionally held on the Labor Day weekend.
