§ 99.06 AUTHORITY TO REMOVE ABANDONED OR JUNKED VEHICLES.
   (A)   Any member of the City Police Department or the City Building Inspector shall be authorized to order the removal of an abandoned or junked vehicle.
   (B)   The abandoned or junked vehicle shall be impounded as provided herein until lawfully claimed or disposed of by the city.
