§ 98.23 ORGANIZATION.

The Tree Commission shall adopt by-laws. The Commission shall annually elect a chairperson, vice-chairperson, and secretary who shall be eligible for re-election at the Commission’s first meeting annually. The Tree Commission shall meet at 3:00 p.m. the first Tuesday of each month.
